Work at the community entry at Lakepointe is complete.  The turf was removed and replaced with colorful drought tolerant plantings. 

This summer will provide opportunities for Lake Hills Reserve residents to enjoy the beautiful recreation center while watching movies under the stars.  Movie titles have not been determined and the dates for movies are still be worked on, but tentatively, dates are June 17, July 15, August 5 and September 2.  Remember these movies are brought to you at no charge.  Come down for yummy hot popcorn and a great family evening out.  Look for more information as it becomes available.

The Park West crew lays out plants at the monument located at the Lakepointe community entrance.

The Park West crew started the work at the Lakepointe monument to remove water thirsty turf and replace it with drought tolerant plantings including drip irrigation.  The Board approved this work at the March meeting and will be considering proposals for other locations at future meetings.  We look forward to seeing the newly planted area soon.
