The Board of Directors recently reviewed proposals to replace the furniture found in the Recreation Center. They also reviewed proposals to have a local company make new cushions for the existing furniture as well as simply replace the cushions with the same type that were originally used. After reviewing their options, the Board decided that the best option was to replace the original cushions with new cushions from the company that originally provided the furniture. The new cushions arrived and are now on the chairs in the Recreation Center. This expense was funded from the Association's reserve account as a replacement item. Please note that the original cushions were damaged and many were missing. Please enjoy the area and help to take care of these items.
