In the Board's effort to reduce the high cost of watering turf, the Board of Directors approved a turf renovation project for the monument area when you enter the community on Lakepointe. The renovation will include removal of all turf and installation of drought tolerant plant material and drip irrigation. Other areas will be considered after completion of this area. We look forward to providing a colorful entry while saving on costly water bills.
